YULIA MATYUSHOVA APPOINTED ENEL RUSSIA CFO

Moscow, February 16th, 2017 – PJSC “Enel Russia” has appointed Yulia Matyushova, current Acting CFO, as its Chief Financial Officer. Her candidacy was approved earlier by the company's Board of Directors. In this position she will replace Marco Fossataro, who decided to leave the company last autumn to pursue his career outside the Enel Group.

Yulia Matyushova has been working in the company since 2006. Before she held the position of Head of

Business Planning and Reporting and since 2013, prior her appointment as Acting CFO, Mrs.

Matyushova worked as Head of Planning, Control and Reporting department.

In 2004 she graduated from Volgograd State University receiving an honors degree in Financial

management and a masters degree with honors in Strategic management in 2007. In 2009 she received

a diploma in IFRS (ACCA) and a CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting in 2014.

Her native language is Russian, she also speaks English and Italian.
