According to the agreement, ArcelorMittal’s plants in Kazakhstan will use LUKOIL INTEGO (ISO VG 220 and 460) oil for servicing industrial equipment. In the nearest future, LUKOIL is also going to supply the partner with hydraulic and gear oils.
Developed in 2013 with the use of synthetic technologies, LUKOIL INTEGO product line is recommended for use in industrial transmissions of modern rolling mills, including Morgoil, ESS (Danieli) and Elektrostal Heavy Engineering Works (EZTM). Severstal, NLMK (Novolipetsk Steel), MMK (Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works), OEMK (Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant) and other companies have already given their high appraisal to these products.
LUKOIL INTEGO’s performance track record shows that this oil is able to resolve the pressing issue of water separation in lubrication systems of metallurgical equipment. International laboratory tests have demonstrated that LUKOIL INTEGO provides for twice better water separation in comparison to the Morgoil SN 180 part 3 specification.
