National company KazMunayGas singned up memoranda with native producers

At the initiative of NC KazMunayGas in cooperation with the akimats of the Northern Kazakhstan and Western Kazakhstan Regions in Petropavlovsk and Uralsk a few visiting meetings were held in order to negotiate with local producers and service suppliers.

Representatives of EP KazMunayGas, KazTransOil, KazTransGas, Intergas Central Asia, MNC KazMunayTeniz, Trade House KazMunayGas, Atyrau Oil Refinery Plant, Pavlodar petrochemistry plant, and SV Tengizshevroil, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating, and NCOC took part in the meetings as the KMG delegates.
Within the negotiations in Petropavlovsk EP KazMunayGas entered into memoranda with the companies of Northern Kazakhstan such as Petropavlovsk heavy engineering plant, Munaymash, the plant ‘Imeni Kirova”, LLP VSF ‘Poisk’ for supply of products in 2010 for a total of USD 2 bln tenge.
In Uralsk EP KazMunayGas and West Kazakhstan Engineering Company signed a memorandum on cooperation in products supply for a total of 700 mln tenge. A similar agreement for rendering services on repair of gas compressor units was concluded with JSC ‘Intergaz Central Asia’.
Besides, KazMunayGas experts visited some engineering plants in these regions to see the production processes, discussed with the plants’ principals the efficient cooperation prospects and further partnership on increasing of Kazakhstan contribution to oil and gas projects.
To provide the domestic manufacturers with information electronic catalogues of products to be purchased by the KMG Group in 2010-2012 were presented.
