Krasny Kotelshchik has shipped equipment for Tripolskaya TPP

The works were performed according to the modification of the Ukrainian plant.

The contract on work performance was signed in April 2012 between PJSC EMAlliance and OJSC Kharkov Boiler-Mechanical Works. According to contract relations EMAlliance is obliged to design, manufacture and supply supported water cooling system of high and low pressure, steam-to-steam heat-exchanger, bypass pipes of high and low pressure and low pressure convection superheater of second stage.

Equipment was designed by the specialists of Engineering Center of EMAlliance (Taganrog) and manufactured on the main manufacturing facility of the company – Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik.

Supplied parts will be mounted on the second unit of Tripolskaya TPP. The use of modified equipment will allow rejecting the use of supporting fuel at the plant and extend the resource of replaceable boiler elements.

Steam-to-steam heat-exchanger commissioning will be an innovation for plant operation. Equipment use will provide maintaining the temperature of secondary superheating within required load range increasing the reliability of Tripolskaya TPP operation.
