Turboatom continues to manufacture equipment for DnieproHPP-2 (Ukraine)

The company specialists have successfully control the geometry of the equipment and handed him over to the packaging and shipment to the plant.

Next "Turboatom" will manufacture wicket gate and turbine runner. Term supply of equipment for this aggregate - 2013.

On aggregates plant NoNo 11, 17 and 18 DnieproHPP-2 the plant performs modernization with replacement propeller type turbine at Kaplan turbine PL40-B-700 with capacity 120 MW and runner diameter of 7 meters. The contract was signed in March 2011. In December 2012 was completed shipment of the equipment to the aggregate No 11.

Earlier "Turboatom" updated two hydro aggregates DnieproHPP-2. In July 2009 was put into service operation aggregate plant No15, in April 2012 – plant No 13.
