Gazprom and Enel sign document on possible acquisition of Marcinelle Energie CCPP

The parties praised the progress with the talks on that deal and expressed their hope for completing all project agreements by year-end 2013, including a Purchase and Sale Agreement for a 100 per cent stake in the company owning the Marcinelle Energie CCPP.
