ChelPipe and Rimera Developing Their Educational Projects

In September 2013, colleges sponsored by ChelPIpe Group and Rimera oilfield service division welcomed new students. Pervouralsk Metallurgy College is already into the new academic year, while the College of the Future Tatarstan starts out in two week's time.
During yesterday's ceremony new students got their student IDs from the hands of Alnas Production Director Leonid Luzgin, who said in his address: «Together with our students we shall overcome one of our region's core problems, the one of lack of highly trained young professionals the republic's industry needs so much.»
This will be the second admission of students to learn the key mechanical engineering professions at Alnas' educational facility. Looking back, the College of the Future Tatarstan project sprang from Almetyevsk Vocational College in 2012. In December 2012, the innovative educational project was endorsed by Russian President Vladimir Putin. On February 14, the government of Tatarstan and ChelPipe signed an agreement to cooperate on the project. 50 Almetyevsk Vocational College students will receive their primary and secondary vocational training in metalworking machine operation and mechanical engineering technology fields. The innovative educational center will welcome more than 100 students this year.
Earlier this September student IDs were issued to the freshmen of Pervouralsk Metallurgy College, which had teamed up with Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant in an effort to implement the Future of the White Metallurgy project, sponsored by the government of Sverdlovsk Region. This is already the third admission under the program, which trains qualified labor for iron and steel industry. The project being a highly popular one, 50 more additional budget-funded student seats were granted to the college by the Ministry of Education of Sverdlovsk Region.
In addition to that, Rimera's Izhevsk-based educational project is also a part of the future development plans. We refer to Izhevsk Training Center, which offers the students of Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University 3D design training at Izhneftemash production facilities. Izhneftemash is currently the only organization in Udmurtia to design and successfully implement a training program that combines Creo Parametric theory with hands-on experience in industrial 3D design.
