RusHydro will make coupon payment on series 01 and 02 bonds on October 21, 2013

The Company will make coupon payment on October 21, 2013 (at the end of the fifth coupon period).

In April 2011 RusHydro successfully placed series 01 and 02 bonds in the amount of RUR 15 bln (state registration number 4-01-55038-E and 4-02-55038-Е respectively). The coupon rate for the first 10 coupon payments was set at 8%. The issues were included in the in the Quotation list “A” Level 1 of the MICEX Stock Exchange.
