In October 2013 the company manufactured and delivered under a shipment a low-pressure cylinder (LPC) and nodes of the modernization of cylinders of high and medium pressure (HMPC).
On Dobrotvorskaya TPP it is performed a project of turbine modernization with the reconstruction of the flow part HMPC, regulatory system, the first support and installation of a new low-pressure cylinder.
After updating the capacity of turbine unit will reach 160 MW by increasing the efficiency of LPC to 85.5 %. In addition, will increase the reliability and efficiency of the turbine and improve the environmental performance of power unit.
Among the new technical solutions of "Turboatom" – installation of updated blades with highly economical profiles, welded and forged low-pressure rotors of plastic alloy steel, not prone to corrosion under stress, as well as the last stage of low pressure , which can operate in a wide range of conditions .
The scope of the obligations of the enterprise includes design, supply, supervision of erection, participation in starting - up and adjustment, warranty tests and the commissioning of the equipment.
Commissioning of the power unit is planned for 2013.
Dobrotvorskaya TPP is part of the power generating company PJSC "Zapadenergo" (DTEK). To the plant "Turboatom" put two steam turbines K -160- 130, which were commissioned since 1983 till 1989.
