This is the equipment of new generation designed to control technological parameters of electric-centrifugal or electric screw pumps.

TSIKADA 01 extends the series of SKADs that are successfully used in Belarus, Russian Federation and Venezuela. Due to extensive sphere of application of SKAD-2002 the average time to failure of electric-centrifugal pumps was increased by more than three times over the period of 10 years. This is one of the basic reliability parameters that helps the specialists to control the expenses of the enterprise for modernization of equipment and well servicing. There also import developments alike. However, the Belarusian analogue is not only cheaper but is functionally equal to foreign models, even exceeding them in regard to a number of technical parameters.

The new device is based on another higher oil-field equipment performance level. It is smaller but has a wider sphere of application. The device is more universal, functional. It is easily adapted to the specific operating conditions. It can be used ultra-deep wells. Also, the electronics engineers from Belnipineft used a new means of transferring information – with interference protection that is uncommon for such devices. Due to this feature and other improved technical parameters pump equipment overall efficiency is improved, its reliability is increased, time and material loss during mechanical oil production and bringing the well on to stable production after servicing is decreased, capital costs during the required investigations are reduced.
