This is the most commonly used method of well construction at the developed fields. The method allows to save time and money for construction of a cluster site wherein the wells are located.
This is the first attempt to master production of such equipment from the moment of cooperation of the mechanic engineers fromGomeland Drillmec S.p.A. The production of modern fixed drilling rigs with 345 t capacity in Seismotekhnika JSC under the Italian producer brand was launched in 2011. Belorusneft’s drillers have been successfully operating this equipment at the Belarusian oil fields. A skidding system is provided in the northern design of Drillmec-1500 to ensure transportation along cluster site. The model is also equipped with a housing made of sandwich panels at all blocks and modules, and combined heating system.
Alongside with commissioning the echelon-type rigs in theNorthern Siberia, the oilfield workers will proceed to accomplishemnt of the key objective of the nearest years – development of drilling operations of Belorusneft-Siberia, LLC. The first Belarusian teams are expected to get off to work in the North next year. Through expansion of the range of activity, Belorusneft-Siberia LLC will become one of the major oil service companies in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.
