This has become possible owing to a number of organizational and technical improvements: higher labor productivity, higher-level subassemblies, and streamlined end-piece fitting processes.
The plant's foundry crews have also been performing like shock workers, reaching record volumes of production this year: 1,250 molds per shift.
"Preliminary data indicates that the plant will meet October sales targets. Our objective for November is to reach an average daily rate of 50 pump impeller and shaft assemblies per day. This will bring us as close as it gets to our key milestone: to achieve sales of 250 million rubles", says Alnas Executive Director Sergei Sachenko.
