Under the contract, Sumy Frunze engineers should design, produce and ship to the customer 12 units of equipment in the IVth quarter of 2014. The main feature of the adsorbers is that associated petroleum gas drying will be carried out with the help of silica gel.
As Aleksandr Meskhia, the head of Sales Department for Central Asia and the CIS countries, mentions, adsorbers, specified by the order are very dimensional. The height of one unit of the equipment exceeds 11 m, inner diameter is 3 m, and the weight is about 70 tons.
Construction of gas drying plant is a part of Turkmen oil and gas project «Bagtyyarlyk» second phase infrastructure development. The project installation is located on the right bank of the Amu Darya River, the largest river in the Central Asia.
This contract is the second experience of Sumy Frunze Plant cooperation with the British corporation Petro Gas LLP. Previously, companies have worked together at a booster compressor station «Khazar» in Turkmenistan.
