The equipment will be put into operation in the regulation workshop, workshop of different component parts and tool workshop till the end of December.
HAAS machines allow to process control parts with a complex profile, shaft rotary and bushing components with a maximum length of 1200 mm and a diameter of 650 mm. Processing will be carried out along two axes. The machines will be used in the steam, hydraulic and tool production.
The advantages of these machines are precision and cleanness of processing components as well as the possibility of combining manufacturing operations due to the availability of the tools up to 12 units.
As noted Chief Engineer of JSC "Turboatom" Gregoriy Ishchenko new equipment is additional manufacturing facilities, "This is new generation machines, they will allow us to reduce production cycles and improve the quality of manufactured components."
Representatives of Haas company will train personnel in terms of the new equipment operation.
