In line with the contract the company will manufacture diesel hydrofining reactor and kerosene hydrofining reactor. Total weight of the equipment will reach nearly 600 tonnes. The contract also includes aftersale services such as delivery of the vessels to the client’s construction site and installation of the reactors’ internals.
Basic projects of the units were designed by two companies: Shell acted as licensor for the project of diesel hydrofining unit installation, and UOP was the licensor for the installation of kerosene hydrofining reactor. Contract terms are to be executed in the first half of 2015.
Izhorskiye Zavody and Tatneft already have experience of successful cooperation. In 2010, Izhorskiye Zavody produced two hydrocracking reactors for TANEKO oil refining complex, part of Tatneft Group.
