Rosneft considers a Possibility of Acquiring no less than 51% of the Manas International Airport LLC

The Memorandum was signed in the presence of Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev and Chairman of Russian-Kyrgyz intergovernmental commission Andrey Belianinov.

The Memorandum envisages that Rosneft can invest up to 1 bln dollars for the acquisition of the shares of the Manas International Airport LLC and the realization of joint projects. In particular within the framework of the Memorandum Rosneft will evaluate the possibility of targeted investments in Manas International Airport LLC aimed at the creation of a large scale international logistics hub. The successful implementation of the potential deal implies the possible elaboration and realization of a complex aircraft aviation fuel supply program in the airports of Kyrgyzstan.
