RusHydro’s shares of additional issue start trading on Moscow Exchange

JSC RusHydro announces that starting today the Company’s shares of additional issue (state registration number 1-01-55038-Е-041D of December 3, 2012) are included in the Quotation list ‘A’, Level 1 on MOEX.

The number of shares of additional issue that were placed and paid totaled 68,617,944,796 priced at RUB 1 per share.

The consolidation of additional share issue with the principal issue should be authorized by the Bank of Russia in 3 months after the state registration of the report on share issue results (expected in the end of March 2014). After that, the Company’s shares of additional issue will trade within the Quotation list ‘A’, Level 1 on MOEX as a part of the principal issue.
