Belorusneft specialists completed a pilot test of a new technology

By means of special technology and a modern recording complex the oil men received information about fracture direction and dimensions in a graphic form after hydraulic fracturing. New methodology allows reducing the fracking risks enhancing field development and making oil recovery more efficient.

Passive microseismic monitoring production run and application of the technology in the Belorusneft project in Russia and Ukraine is being discussed.
