In 2014, FEGC will invest RUB 4.7 bln in modernization of power facilities located in Khabarovsk and Primorsk Territories

Three billion rubles (64% of the total amount of investment) will be allocated for implementation of technical upgrade and reconstruction projects, whereas greenfield developments will account for 30% (about RUB 1.4 bln). Compared to 2013, the amount of capital investment in equipment modernization grew by 27%.

FEGC has developed a prospective investment program for 2014-2019. Out of scheduled amounts of capital investment, it is planned to allocate over 21 bln rubles (67% of the total amount of investment) to implementation of technical upgrade and reconstruction projects; 55.7% and 43% will be invested in Primosrk and Khabarovsk Territories, respectively.

The predominating share of the program is taken by the projects which would allow increasing reliability and fleet life of the equipment. Besides, the program provides for construction of a new ash dump for Partizanskaia GRES, gas boiler houses in Nekrasovka settlement of Khabarovsk Territory and Volochaevsky community of the city of Khabarovsk.

In 2013, FEGC JSC has invested 3.3 bln rubles in reconstruction and modification of power facilities. The priority directions of the investment program of the last year were: Phase III of gasification of Vladivostok CHPP-2, design works performed as part of gasification of Khabarovsk CHPP-3, construction of a modular boiler house “Volochaevskaia” in the city of Khabarovsk, technical upgrade and reconstruction of power generation and heating network facilities.
