The collective agreement was adopted for the year of 2014 at OJSC "Turboatom"

At the conference the results of the implementation of the collective agreement for the year of 2013 were summarized and accepted a new contract for 2014.

The Presidium includes 5 persons: General Director of the enterprise Viktor Subbotin, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee Irina Efremova, Chief Engineer Grigoriy Ishchenko, Chairman of the Kharkov Region Trade Union Committee of Workers on Engineering and Metal Processing Valeriy Kurochka.

The conference was opened by Viktor Subbotin, he summed up the past year pointing out that the staff of the enterprise coped with all industrial and social tasks. "In 2013 we earned a record amount of profit 583 million hryvnas, it is a high level of profitability and a serious result of our work." He also noted that increase in output was scheduled for this year. "We plan to continue working on condensers for Russian nuclear power plants, complete the delivery of the equipment for the unit No. 4 of Rostovskaya NPP. The main items of the production plan are also manufacturing and shipping of steam turbines for thermal power plants in Kazakhstan and Ukraine, hydraulic turbines for HPP of Russia, Dnestrovskaya PSPP No. 3 and HPP of Dneprovskiy Cascade in Ukraine. We have a large volume of work which we certainly will perform."

Irina Efremova noted that under term of the collective agreement in 2013 all activities on making stock of orders, successful economic activities, technical re-equipment of the enterprise and development of the social sphere were realized. "Achievements in 2013 are the result of joint and hard work of our team. Thanks to the professionalism of every employee and readiness to learn today "Turboatom" can talk about their successes» - she said. According to Irina Efremova, the collective agreement for the year of 2014 includes 13 sections and 17 appendices; only 387 proposals were given for discussing the collective agreement, the majority of which were adopted.

In his speech Valeriy Kurochka expressed appreciation and gratitude to the Directorate, the Trade Union Committee and the staff of the enterprise for their consciousness work and compliance with all sections of the collective agreement.

Summarizing Viktor Subbotin pointed out that the year of 2014 should be the year of labor protection for "Turboatom" and occupational safety issues will be priority.

At the end of the conference the delegates unanimously voted for adopting the collective agreement for the year of 2014 and approved the membership of the permanent commissions: on controlling the implementation of the collective agreement consisting of 22 persons, safety issues numbering 10 persons and labor dispute consisting of 8 persons.
