"Turboatom" has completed the supply of equipment for "Turial" HPP (India)

OJSC "Turboatom" has completed the supply of equipment for Turial HPP under construction. In February 2014, the company's specialists manufactured and put for shipment the third runner of hydraulic turbine with kitting-up.

Currently, all three runners are shipped to the power plant.

Under the terms of the contract signed in 2012 for three hydroturbines of Turial HPP with the capacity of 32,6 MW each the enterprise manufactured and supplied radial-axial runners with the diameter of 2, 65 meters and weighing 12 tons each. The plant has also carried out model tests.

Nominal capacity of the power plant after completing the construction will be 93 MW, head of 53 m and rotation frequency of each unit - 230, 8 rpm.
