Since the beginning of the year Vladimir Melnik's team has won 1 mln tonnes of coal at the Kotinskaya

Vladimir Melnik's team works at longwall No. 52-09 with the minable thickness of 4.2 m.  The coalface is equipped with 159 mechanized supports DBT 220/480. The machinery also includes an SL-500 shearer and a PF-4/1032 longwall conveyor. All the deployed machinery was made in Germany.

Yevgeny Yutyayev, CEO, SUEK-Kuzbass congratulated the team with yet another labour victory of theirs. He thanked the miners for skillful use of efficient technologies, high level of professionalism.

By way of reminder, the team led by Vladimir Melnik is the only one to have won four plus million tonnes of coal from a single coalface four times.
