Eurasia Drilling Company holds presentation for SOCAR

The event was attended by SOCAR first vice-president academician Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh, vice-president for oil-gas production and transportation Rahman Gurbanov, and other officials of SOCAR, and Russian delegation led by the president of Eurasia Drilling Company Alexander Japaridze. Welcoming the guests, SOCAR’s first vice-president academician Kh. Yusifzadeh noted the contribution of such events to the development of the oil and gas industry. Head of Eurasia Drilling Company Alexander Japaridze expressed gratitude for reception and introduced the delegation members to SOCAR management.

Afterwards, EDC’s vice-president Murad Sanpiyer briefed on his Company’s activities, held a presentations on the indicators of offshore and onshore drilling works conducted by EDC, the Company’s regional operations, its structures and strategic plans regarding the Caspian shelf, experiences on offshore drilling.

Upon completion of the presentation, attendees discussed opinions on the modern drilling technologies and EDC’s representatives responded the questions of the participants.
