Rimera Group Unites Service Assets of Noyabrsk Central Tube Base LLC and Rimera-Service LLC into Unified Chain under Rimera-Service Brand

Rimera Group has received a certificate of Rimera-Service LLC reorganization through merger with NCTB LLC. From now on, the service assets of Rimera Group are working under the single brand, Rimera-Service.
From the time when reorganization of NCTB LLC has been finalized, Rimera-Service LLC is the legal successor with respect to all rights and obligations of Noyabrsk Central Tube Base.
Operation of the service companies under the single brand is aimed at improving the efficiency of management of the service division of Rimera Group and creating conditions for one-stop integrated services for petroleum companies. It also offers additional opportunities for boosting sales and improving the quality of OCTG pipe and oil production equipment servicing. According to growth plans, gross revenue of the service companies is expected to exceed RUB 6.5 bln in 2014.

Specifically, we are talking about a unique set of assets that enable us to come forward with an integrated offering for petroleum companies owing to a synergy of two ChelPipe divisions: the pipe division that makes OCTG pipes in Pervouralsk and Rimera Group, which owns petroleum mechanical engineering assets in Izhevsk and Almetyevsk. The next step in developing the service business stream of Rimera involves building up the capacity of the existing service facilities. Using their existing infrastructure and expanding into new regions in the wake of our clients, we intend also to broaden the range of our service offering by supplementing the service and product lineup in each of the target regions with new offers that our clients need. Owing to this, in the medium term we expect to increase our share of the independent servicing market to 15% by 2018", says Rimera Group CEO Sergei Brezitskiy.
Offices managing the united service company will be located in the oil production centers of the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous districts, in the cities of Noyabrsk and Nizhnevartovsk.
