Turboatom presented its developments at the conference of young scientists

The conference was held at the premises of State Enterprise "Ukrainian scientific and technical center of metallurgical industry "Energostal" (SE "UkrRTC "Energostal") in Kharkov.

The motto of the conference is "Youth is a strategic resource of science and industry."

During the conference Artem Tokar, Design Engineer of SDB "Turbohydromash", made a report "Innovative approach to the modernization of power system of four-chamber wood dryer in the model workshop using incinerator of wood." The report presented one of the latest developments of the plant engineering services in the field of energy-saving technologies – heat-generating plant TGS-0,5. The equipment is intended for drying of wood, which is used for making models of turbine parts and packaging of power equipment as well as for heating and hot water supply of the workshop. Implementation of the new plant will allow the company to reduce natural gas consumption and improve the quality of wood drying.

The participation in the conference of young specialists of OJSC "Turboatom" was organized by Human Resources Department and the Youth Council of the enterprise.

On the initiative of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of SE "UkrRTC "Energostal" the conference was held supported by General Director D.V. Stalinskiy and the Administration of SE "UkrRTC "Energostal".

The purpose of this event is to promote professional growth of young scientists and specialists, to find innovative ways of the modernization of the key industries, to solve the problems of energy and resource savings, to protect the environment. Within the conference framework, the reports were made by the representatives of leading companies, organizations and educational institutions of Ukraine and Russia.
