Moreover, by means of modern technical solutions it is planned to improve accounting policy, fire and environmental safety of the facility. The automated system of the technological processes control will allow to monitor online all the parameters, including the amount and quality of the contents of tanks. The project also provides for the update of pipelines. In future, it is planned to connect the bulk plant to the trunk oil products pipeline by which gasoline will be supplied to the plant from Naftan OJSC in transit through oil products warehouse in Krulevschizna, Vitebsk region.
Fanipol bulk plant is one of the main investment projects of the enterprise Belorusneft-Minskoblnefteproduct. Modernization has been carried out there for over 2 years. All works are conducted stage-by-stage as the operations of the warehouse cannot be interrupted. Administrative buildings, household and storage premises have been already reconstructed; the new system of loading oil products is equipped with special software to measure and monitor volume and weight. Oil products quality control laboratory, boiler house, and wage scales have been also built.
The oil products warehouse in Fanipol will have been fully updated by the end of 2015. Then, Belorusneft-Minskoblefteproduct will be able to supply oil products not only the capital and the region, but adjacent regions as well.
