The equipment is intended for wood drying, which is used for making models of turbine parts and packaging of power equipment as well as for heat supply and hot-water supply of the workshop.
TGS-0,5 is the development of specialists of design organization LLC "Airprofengineering" according to the technical task of OJSC "Turboatom".
Cuttings, pallets and wood chips serve as a fuel for heat generating systems. The equipment is completely automated. Estimated annual heat generation of boiler house is 2270 MW, the efficiency – 85 %.
Implementation of the new plant will allow reducing consumption of natural gas up to 200 000m3 annually and the quality of wood drying is expected to improve.
The model workshop specializes in manufacturing wooden models for foundry production: casting of blades, vanes, bushings and body parts.
