Hands-on Training

These are skill training courses in onshore echelon cluster drilling rigs rigging up and down. Equipment manufacturers are Seismotekhnika JSC and Drillmec S.p.A.
At the site for check assembly of Seismotekhnika the workers of the Rig building department practice and nail down new skills. The program of two-week training courses has been elaborated by the advanced training department of Belorusneft together with the specialists of the rig building department and Seismotekhnika JSC. The training of rig-building crews is a part of new machinery and technology introduction program.
The first group has already completed the training; the second group is at the final stage now. It is expected that rig-building crews will improve their knowledge and skills at the Rechitskoe oilfield wells where the echelon drilling rig is planned to be used.
