Izhorskiye Zavody Delivers a Set of Steam Generators to Tianwan NPP

Four more steam generator vessels for the second phase Tianwan NPP construction are currently under production.

In line with the contract signed in 2010 Izhorskiye Zavody is producing equipment for primary coolant system of Power Units 3 and 4 of Tianwan NPP including VVER-1000 reactor unit. First reactor vessel will be delivered to the customer in 2014.

Izhorskiye Zavody took part in the production of the first and the second Tianwan NPP units including production of reactor vessels. The first NPP power unit was launched in 2006, the second followed in 2007. High quality of the produced equipment ensured further successful cooperation between Izhorskiye Zavody and its Chinese partners.
