Tatarstan Students Hone Their Skills at ChelPipe Training Center in Pervouralsk

The students traveled to Pervouralsk for a week-long internship at the ChelPipe Training Center. The young professionals acquired vital programming and communications knowledge, including analog signal management skills. They learned how to build enterprise networks, including networks based on intelligent peripherals. The students also learned to operate a robotic manipulator, servo drives, and electric step motors.
After completing their internship, the students took part in an away regional championship of skilled workers, Worldskills Russia (WSR), in the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of Kama Polytechnic College won the competition.
“It is my hope that next year we will host the WSR regional championship of skilled workers in our republic at the College of the Future Tatarstan, construction of which is in full swing at the Almetyevsk-based plant of Rimera Group. The launch of the college laboratory this year will make it possible to provide full-fledged training for Tatarstan students ahead of the future championships,” says Engel Fattakhov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
“Internship in Pervouralsk should help the students solidify their knowledge and skills and gain practical experience in mechatronics by utilizing the equipment of the ChelPipe Training Center. In creating the College of the Future Tatarstan at Alnas, the company uses tried-and-true ChelPipe solutions for developing human resources using the dual training system, and is willing to replicate the successful experience of the training center in Pervouralsk in the interests of the republic’s mechanical engineering industry,” says ChelPipe General Manager and Rimera Group Board of Directors Chairman Vitaliy Sadykov.
