OGK-2 increased its 12M 2013 IFRS Profit by 30% up to 4.2 bn RUR

The revenue increase resulted from the growth in capacity sales under CSA, on the back of commissioning of new units, under CSA program. This positive effect was enhanced by growing electricity prices at the wholesale market.

Operating expenses for the FY 2013 increased by 7.7% year-on-year up to RUR 105,303mn.

As a result of the mentioned above, operating profit for FY 2013 grew by 5.7% year-on-year and totaled RUR 6,874 mn.

EBITDA for FY 2013 increased by 7.9 % year-on-year, amounting to RUR 11,459 mn. After adjustment to Provision for impairment of trade and other receivables EBITDA for FY 2013 totaled RUR 13,899 mn, up by 24.4% compared to the RUR 11,170 mn in FY 2012.

OJSC OGK-2 Total Comprehensive Income for the 12 months of the 2013 totaled RUR 4,788 mn, increasing by RUR 1,666 mn, or by 53.4% year-on-year.
