The document provides for setting up a chemical engineering center in Bashkortostan. It will mainly focus on designing a project for developing the Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat capacities required for enhancing raw gas condensate and oil processing as well as boosting the output.
In addition, the Agreement envisages establishing in the region a company for assembling, repairing, testing and servicing gas turbine engines. It will be set up with the participation of Gazprom, Ufa Motor Construction Production Association and the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The document also reflects the parties' intention to cooperate in constructing and repairing heat generation facilities, securing environmental safety and rational use of natural resources, training personnel for gas, oil refining and petrochemical industry as well as implementing social programs and cultural projects in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The Agreement of Cooperation and the Gasification Accord are currently in force between Gazprom and the Republic of Bashkortostan.
