Izhneftemash Delivers Well Intervention Equipment to Tatneft

The shipment includes UNB-125X50K cementing units. Their key technical feature is an upgraded NTP-175 triplex pump. The upgraded design of the pump has improved its operational properties and maintainability. It has also ensured interchangeability of the main parts and assemblies with equivalent parts and assemblies of other triplex pump models. The UNB-125x50K unit is mounted on the chassis of the KaMAZ-43118 truck that conforms to the Euro-4 environmental standard.
It will be recalled that in early 2014 Tatneft and Rimera signed a memorandum of collaboration that outlines the aspects of collaboration in engineering new equipment and expanding the lineup of products and services offered by Rimera plants to the petroleum industry of Tatarstan. In 2014, Rimera Group plans to step up the volume of product deliveries and services to Tatneft to a quarter of a billion rubles.
The long-term contract between Izhneftemash and Tatneft for deliveries of tubing collars until 2016 will help the Group to achieve this target. Under the contract, the Izhevsk-based plant of Rimera Group plans to manufacture close to 130,000 collars for the leading petroleum production company of Tatarstan in 2014.
