The rig up of Drillmec echelon drilling rig is reaching its final stage at Rechitsa oilfield

The technical parameters of the equipment for which the companies have made the design documentation meet the highest international standards.

The unit with the hook load of 320 tons is equipped with rails. It ensures the movement of drilling unit with the elevated support and allows dismantling echelon within the boundaries of well cluster. The drilling depth with this rig type is up to 5 km.  To speed up the assembling process the work is done in shifts. The experts of rig assembly department and Belorusneft-Promservice business unit also take part in the work.

At the start of June the drillers of Svetlogorsk drilling department and expert of rig assembling department jointly with the Italian assembly group tested the process of the mast elevation.

After the testing the capabilities of the first echelon rig at well No. 202 of Rechitsa oilfield the unit is planned to be used for drilling another well. In prospect this machine unit will be sent to the North to be used by the Belarusian crews of Svetlogorsk drilling department.
