Inna Gubareva was born in Ukhta (Komi Republic). In 1996 she graduated from Komi State Teachers Training Institute, majoring in Pedagogy and Psychology, in 1999 – from Moscow Academy of Business Undertaking (Jurisprudence), in 2004 – from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Organizational Psychology and HR Management). She is a certified professional in the field of international HR management and labor compensation systems. From 1996 she took executive positions at Komineft, Komi TEK, Pechoraneftegaz and Investnafta. In 2001 she joined the HR and Organization Development Department of LUKOIL Overseas and rose through the ranks from expert to Head of the HR and OD Department (from 2012).
Anatoliy Lobanov was born in Osa, Perm Region. In 1996 he graduated from Perm Agricultural Academy, majoring in Agricultural Engineering, in 1999 – from Perm State University (Jurisprudence), in 2004 – from Leeds University Business School in UK (International Business). From 1996 he worked in managerial positions at the sales department of the foreign trade company Permoil (city of Perm). From 2002 he helped business and marketing development services at the Cyprus and Moscow offices of LUKOIL Overseas, in 2007 he was appointed Deputy General Manager for Business and Marketing at Buzachi Operating Ltd (Aktau, Kazakhstan), and in 2008 – Deputy General Manager for General Issues at LUKOIL Uzbekistan (Tashkent). In 2013 he was named Head of Production Service Department and in 2014 – Services Director at the operating company for West Qurna-2 project (Iraq).
