«Sumy Frunze NPO» is shipping adsorbers to «Bagtyiarlyk»

Currently the equipment is being delivered to its further operation site.

Under the contract, which was signed at the end of last year, Sumy Frunze engineers have efficiently designed and manufactured 12 items of the equipment.

The main feature of the adsorbers is that associated petroleum gas drying will be carried out with the help of silica gel. Engineering team of the Company provided a number of innovations that make the procedure for replacing this sorbent during equipment operation will be simple and convenient as much as possible.

Manufactured equipment is oversized. In particular, the height of one adsorber exceeds 11 m, inner diameter is 3 m, and the weight is about 70 tons.

From the Company area adsorbers are transported by special heavy-duty and high maneuverable vehicles. Then they will be transported by waterborne transport and finally by railway directly to operation site.

As Aleksandr Meskhia, the head of Sales Department for Central Asia and the CIS countries, mentions, this product to be applied as a part of new gas drying plant which is currently being constructed by the customer company at the second phase of «Bagtyiarlyk». In addition to adsorbers, this year Sumy Frunze Plant is delivering NG process heaters, lot of separators and tanks and vessels, air coolers and flare package. All these products are specified by the contracts which have been signed between British Corporation Petro Gas LLP and PJSC «Sumy Frunze NPO» for 2014.
