RusHydro will make coupon payment on series 01 and 02 bonds on October 20, 2014

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the list of holders of the Company’s series 01 and 02 bonds has been made today by the National Settlement Depository (NSD) to execute the seventh coupon payment.

The Company will make coupon payment on October 20, 2014 (at the end of the seventh coupon period).

In April 2011 RusHydro successfully placed series 01 and 02 bonds in the amount of RUB 15 bn (state registration number 4-01-55038-E and 4-02-55038-Е respectively). The coupon rate for the first 10 coupon payments was set at 8%. The issues were included in the Quotation list ‘A’ Level 1 onMOEX.
