The company manufactured and shipped to the power plant units of modernization of high and intermediate pressure cylinders (HPC, IPC) with the rotors.
Under the contract signed in December 2010, "Turboatom" reconstructs the turbine K-300-240-2 with complete replacement of the flow part of low pressure cylinder (LPC) and the restoration of flow parts of HPC and IPC on the unit No. 3 of Zuyevskaya TPP. As a result of the reconstruction, an incrementation of installed capacity of power unit will be 25 MW, the efficiency of LPC will raise 88%, and the service life of the power unit will increase by 15-20 years. This work is the completion of the project of modernization of Zuyevskaya TPP; it is the last of the four power units, which is updated by "Turboatom".
Previously, the plant has also reconstructed turbine units at the power units Nos. 1, 2, 4. In December 2008, putting in operation of the unit No. 2 took place, in December 2010 - the unit No. 1, in January 2013 - the unit No. 4.
