Russian and Kazakhstan are deepening the cooperation in the field of the use of atomic energy

Deputy CEO of ROSATOM for International Relations Nikolay Spasskiy October 28 in Astana (Kazakhstan) chaired a regular, eighth meeting of the Russian-Kazakh Working Group on deepening the cooperation in the field of the use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes.

A record was signed based on the meeting outcomes.

Besides, Nikolay Spasskiy had meetings Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan V. S. Shkolnik and Vice Minister of Energy B. M. Dzhaksaliev, and held negotiations with President of NAC Kazatomprom N. D. Kapparov. The discussions were focused on implementing the documents signed based on results of the meeting of the Presidents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan held on May 29 in Astana.
