Turboatom has filed the lawsuit against Yevgeniy Belinsky

On November 6, 2014, the daily information political newspaper "Young Ukraine" No. 165 (4797) published the article entitled "Power of the Turbine."

The article referring to the words of Yevgeniy Belinsky states that it is proved by the fact that the present management of the company keeps back the real volume of declining in production behind the screen of inflated economic indicators. That is everything looks outwardly good but, in fact, selling the production to enterprises that are associated with "mediators" or "agents" of the Russian intelligence "Turboatom" deliberately lost its position in the international market for benefit of neighboring nuclear monopoly - OJSC "Power Machines".

Over the past seven years "Turboatom" has been working steadily and has been increasing in the rate of production as shown by the financial and economic activity of the enterprise.

Thus, the speculations giving by Ye. Belinsky do not correspond to reality and frankly aim at reducing business reputation, declining in prestige and undermining the confidence in the economic activity of "Turboatom".

In accordance with the statement of claim, OJSC "Turboatom" requires from the defendant represented by Yevgeniy Belinsky to disprove the false information containing in this publication.
