RusHydro has reported to the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation on the four thermal generation projects implemented in the Far East

General Director of RAO Energy System of East (part of the RusHydro Group, consolidated project operator) Sergey Tolstoguzov reported to the board meeting of the Accounts Chamber that, for all of the four projects, the full cycle of inspections and approvals was complete, including approvals for the design and cost estimate documents from Glavgosekspertiza Russia, an independent technical and pricing audit, discussions at joint meetings of the Scientific and Technical Board of Scientific and Technical Council of Unified Energy System Non-profit Partnership, and the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the Problems of Reliability and Security of Large Power Systems.
For three of the four construction projects, general contractors and equipment suppliers were selected; work is underway on construction and installation.
