At “Turboatom” accepted Collective Agreement for 2015

The conference summed up results of implementation of Collective Agreement for 2014 and accepted a new agreement for 2015.

The Presidium composed of 3 persons: Chief Engineer Gregory Ishchenko, Chairman of Trade Union Committee Irina Efremova, Deputy Chairman of Trade Union Committee Nikolai Turchin.

Opening the conference Gregory Ishchenko, summed up results of past year, noting that staff of enterprise in 2014 has ensured implementation of basic technical and economic indicators and sustainable financial position of the plant. "We kept positive dynamic of growth of production volumes, company promptly made payments to state and regional budgets. Continue work on manufacturing of equipment for Dniester HPSPP No. 3 and Dnieper cascade of HPPs, also were shipped products for Power Plants in Tajikistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, India and Bulgaria. In 2014 we have launched our 13 turbines. In addition, great attention was paid to issues of technical modernization and social development of "Turboatom". Gregory Ishchenko said that main value of Collective Agreement in 2015 will be issues of ensuring of full load of equipment and workshops, development stock of orders, as well as the rational use of available resources.

Irina Efremova noted that throughout 2014 implementation of Collective Agreement were under the constant supervision of Directorate, Trade Union Committee and Commission on Implementation of Collective Agreement. "The results of last year it is productive work of all departments of the plant, design bureaus, production, financial and economic services, engineering and technology departments. In 2015 will continue activities to maintain productive capacity and creating competitive products, as well as on improvement of labor and social conditions of employees of "Turboatom". According to information from Irina Efremova, new collective agreement includes 13 chapters and 17 applications. Most of proposals received to discussion of Collective Agreement, were adopted.

In closing the conference, delegates voted unanimously for adoption of Collective Agreement in 2015, and approved membership of standing committees: on Monitoring of Implementation of Collective Agreement in membership of 21persons on issues of Labor Protection in amount of 10 persons and on Labor Disputes in amount of 8 persons.
