In 2014, the conveyor line that operated the mine since 2001 was replaced. For the transportation of rock mass of the preparatory and working faces the high-performance 3LL-1600 conveyors with a capacity of 3500 tons per hour were mounted in the "Taldinskaya-Zapadnaya-2" mine. Project length of the conveyor belt №1 is 850 meters, №2 - 2000 meters. 3LL-1600 belt conveyors are designed to transport coal from the mine by conveyor trunk of 70’s course to the surface of «Taldinskaya-Zapadnaya-2» coalmine warehouse. Usage of 3LL-1600 belt conveyors will allow the mine conveyor line to work 22 hours per day without interruption, coping with the necessary freight traffic. Same line will be used for the next course – 69.
A complete upgrade of the conveyor chain can help reduce downtime associated with front-loaded conveyors, and reduce labor costs in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Furthermore, the upgrade can significantly improve the security of the conveyor barrel. The automatic control of the conveyor line manager is provided, with the possibility of a smooth start and speed control of conveyor belts. The cost of replacing the existing transport-conveyor line for the belt conveyors with web width 1600 mm amounted to about 1.5 billion rubles.
