The company’s ranking is two places up on last year, marking its best ever performance in the history of its participation in the rankings.
The “Russia’s Best Employers” awards are an annual event, the results of which provide the most representative (and the most authoritative) ratings in the country. Applications from more than 200 companies were approved for evaluation in 2014. Consistent with selection procedures, ratings were awarded on the basis of three ratings from job applicants, HR specialists and employees, with no fewer than 30 percent of company employees participating.
Gazprom Neft Chairman of the Management Board Alexander Dyukov commented: “Gazprom Neft’s record-breaking third place ranking as one of Russia’s best employers represents far more than a reflection of the traditional high interest in working in the oil and gas industry. The consistent improvement in our rating is, in large part, a reflection of the company’s success, both in its operational activities, and in the fulfilment of its long-term recruitment strategy, directed at securing the best candidates on the market. I am, today, proud to say that the Gazprom Neft team includes professionals working on unique and interesting projects in the oil and gas sector. The company’s long-term plans include further intensive development, and the achievement of ambitious goals — which, in no small part, will further promote the status we have secured as one of the most attractive employers in the country.”
