The list of the workshop participants include Mr. Muhammad Ali Zulkarnain, a Member of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, Mr. Muhammad Zahedul Hassan, chief scientific specialist of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, Mr. Muhammad Kabir Hussein, leading scientific specialist of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission and Mr. Muhammad Mozibur, Deputy Minister for science and technologies of Bangladesh. The Russian party was represented by experts from Department for International Business and Division of Personnel Management of State Corporation Rosatom, specialists from JSC Concern Rosenergoatom, SC Atomtekhenergo, Rusatom Servis, NRNU MEPhI, CICE&T, personnel of VNIIAES subdivisions
During the workshop, the participants discussed such issues as incorporation of the world best practice, requirements of Russian regulations for planning of human resource development including selection and training of the nuclear infrastructure personnel, builders and NPP staff, equipment for the training facilities as well as education of students from Bangladesh in Russian universities.
The issues of systematic planning of human resources and their harmonization in line with the schedule of the NPP construction is a key for success of Russian projects abroad. SC VNIIAES has developed and implemented the information system Octopus, which is used for planning support in the partner-countries of State Corporation Rosatom and renders methodological assistance to Rosatom subsidiaries in its application. Besides Bangladesh, the information system Octopus will be used for elaboration of national plans for human resource development in Vietnam, Jordan and other countries.
The workshop has demonstrated the significance of the work for elaboration of the State Corporation Rosatom integrated offer in the area of the human resource development in the partner–countries and identified the further steps in bilateral relationship of the countries in implementation of Ruppur NPP project.
