The facility will manufacture six pressure vessels: four downstream reactors and two separators. The total weight of the equipment will be over 1,400 tons. First and second stage reactors will be manufactured from chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel SA-336M F22V with anticorrosive cladding on the inner surface. Separators will be manufactured from chromium-molybdenum steel SA-387M Gr. 22 Cl.2.
A leading global licensor Chevron Lummus Global will act as a basic design developer of the project.
The order is to be executed by April 2016.
Gazprom Neft – Omsk Refinery, a Gazprom Neft’s subsidiary, is one of the most modern oil refineries in Russia and one of the largest in the world. In 2014 the Refinery completely switched to production of diesel fuel meeting standards of the 5th ecological class.
