Currently in production is regulating system, in Assembly and Test workshop No 73 is implementing assembly of cylinders of high, medium and low pressure with rotors, after which equipment will be submitted to customer and shipped.
Finish of equipment supply is planned before end of 2015.
According to the contract signed in July 2012, Unit No 5 TPP Aksu "Turboatom" carries out replacement of the unit K-300-240 on turbine of new generation K-325-23,5. After modernization turbine capacity will increase on 25 MW, will increase efficiency, also will increase life-time of Unit and whole Power Plant and will improve environmental performance of Thermal Power Plant. In addition to designing, manufacturing and delivery, the plant will perform installation supervision and participation in the commissioning works.
This is the sixth turbine unit, which "Turboatom". will modernize. Previously held on commissioning of turbine at Units No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6.
On all eight Units of TPP Aksu, since 1968, installed steam turbines manufactured by OJSC "Turboatom".
