Diameter of runner is 7,3 m, weight – 120 t. Transportation of such large-size cargo made by special transporter with carrying capacity about 300 t. and length 36,5m. Supposed that transportation to town Novodniestrovsk, Chernivtsy region will take from 7 to 10 days. Cargo will pass distance in 1100 km, transported through 7 regions of Ukraine.
Manufacturing of hydraulic equipment for Dniester HPSPP No 3 completed in full. Enterprise will ship remained items distributor, servomotors and other mechanisms of turbine soon.
At this moment at Plant with participation of supervision of erection specialists of “Turboatom” embedded parts are mounting, erection of distributor was started.
Under Contract concluded in April 2013, PJSC "Turboatom" will manufacture and supply full set of equipment for reversible radial-axial hydraulic machine ОРО170-В-730 Dniester HPSPP No 3. Enterprise also will implement supervision of erection, starting-up and adjustment works and testing. Maximum capacity of unit in turbine mode is 390 MW, in pump – 420 MW.
