TATNEFT: Figures Demonstrating Results of Operations in May and over Five Months of 2015

The production volume of the TATNEFT Group of Companies amounted to 11,041,054 tons (100.8 percent; + 87,233 tons of crude oil versus the last year level).

New Drilling

The new drilling penetration for five months of 2015 amounted to 326.6 thousand meters with the production drilling accounting for 228.8 thousand meters and exploratory drilling accounting for 7.2 thousand meters.

Drilling to bitumen deposits amounted to 90.6 thousand meters.

0.2 thousand meters were penetrated for OOO "Tatneft-Samara", including exploratory drilling amounting to 0.2 thousand meters.

203 wells were constructed and delivered to customers, including production drilling accounting for 116 wells and exploratory drilling - 5 wells, drilling to bitumen deposits amounted to 82 wells.

1 exploratory well  was delivered to OOO "Tatneft-Samara".

Active Well Stock Drilling

The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores amounted to 11.2 thousand meters for five months of 2015 while 26 wells were delivered to customers.

The average number of drilling crews performing conventional well drilling operations during five months of 2015 amounted to 45 wells, while 9 drilling crews were engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores.

15 drilling crews performed drilling to the bituminous deposits.

Repair of Wells

During five months of 2015, the crews of well remedial servicing, workover and oil recovery enhancement performed well remedial servicing in 3,601 wells (670 wells in May) and workover operations in  963 wells (241 wells in May).

26 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan for OOO "Tatneft-Samara".

Formation hydrocracking operations were carried out in 280 wells (61 wells in May).

Crude oil recovery enhancement operations were performed in 1,065 wells (241 wells in April), including chemical methods applied in 509 wells (120 wells in May).

Production Performance of the JSC TANECO

The TANECO Complex of Refining and Petrochemical Plants processed 762.4 thousand tons of raw materials in May 2015 and since the beginning of the year 3,729.9 thousand tons including 736.8 thousand tons of crude oil and  3,582.9 thousand tons since the beginning of the year. The Complex yielded 731.8 thousand tons of oil products in May and 3,579.1 thousand tons since the beginning of the year.
