"Turboatom" finished manufacturing of equipment for DniproHPP-2 (Ukraine)

In June 2015 enterprise shipped wicket gates and parts of distributor. Oil head also was manufactured, tested and provided for shipment.

Currently, at Power Plant, with participation of specialists of “Turboatom” on supervision of erection implements assemblage of runner and distributor.

Under contract, concluded in 2011 at DniproHPP-II PJSC "Turboatom" implements modernization of three turbines Nos 11, 17, 18 of propeller type with change for hydraulic units with adjustable blades. After modernization unit capacity of turbines will increase from 115 MW up to 122 MW, weight-average efficiency reach 93,5%, and diameter of runners will increase from 6,8 up to 7 m.

Modernized hydroturbine No 11 was commissioned in 2013, turbine No 18 – in April 2015.
